Moving into Stillness

This three-hour session includes Dru Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Dru Meditation. You will be guided progressively through the session to bring you to a place of deep rest and inner peace.

The session begins with Dru Yoga to unwind the stress and tension from the body, mind and emotions. This allows you to settle into the opening and deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga postures. Once the body and mind are rested, you will be guided into pranayama (breathing) practices and Dru Meditation.

“This was my most favourite class yet, it was truly wonderful, there was amazing energy and trust in the room. I would love to do one of these 'retreats' monthly. Yesterday afternoon left me feeling incredibly calm. After I left the class, and for several hours following, I felt as though I was floating through the world and totally immune to stress. This was the most amazing outcome yet from your classes. I feel like those 3 hours transitioned me from the two previous weeks of frantic high stress and exhaustion to a beautiful new world. I feel unwound, more positive, kind towards everyone and thing, am appreciating small things, and I slept calmly and deeply last night. And I've had this kind-of goofy smile on my face ever since. I want to Thank You SO much Cath and Jane - a class like this takes so much organising and you make everything perfect for us (WOW hot water bottles). Dare I say it, it's almost like being back in the womb. You create such a safe, warm, nurturing environment - it really opens me up and brings me back to myself so I can relax completely.  These classes have come at such a much needed time in my life - that's karma in action !!” Anni
