Thes three-hour mini-retreats are deeply restful and rejuvenating.

Each session starts with active yoga, progessing to restorative poses and finishes with sitting meditation.

Extended time is spend resting in Restorative Yoga poses. This involves the use of props i.e. bolsters, blankets, pillows and/or blocks.

Classes are small to ensure each person is assisted to find that position of absolute comfort. As a result the nervous system moves into a deeply restful state that can be long lasting. Some say they notice the effects up to one week later.

"You have a gift, Cath! Today's session was amazing, I feel like a different person after today, like more centred, relaxed into my bones. So good! Thank you. Dr Mitzi-Jane Liddle, Clinical Psychologist

"I am someone who finds it hard to deeply relax despite having a daily meditation and yoga practice. Restorative Yoga really helped me to bliss out, feel cocooned, safe, and let go.  It really is a powerful modality for engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. THANK YOU Cath for making this little moment of heaven possible in Dubbo" ~ Lizzie McLaughlin
